I've had every day off since December 17th, well, I worked my last 13 days in January, as I left my job at Honda...current job now is 'at-home-dad' :smokin:

You'd think I have all the time in the world to do what I wanted...:coffee:

Cars ready, always is, just gotta fuel up later for my drive up tomorrow morning :agree:

Just put the saxo's struts back on, bolted the manifold on last night, after being welded and the feecker is still blowing. put this on with a new oe gasket which looks wafer thin. Scrating around in the bin at 5 this morning trying to find the old chunky sized gasket. What's the betting I try putting in on after work tonight and end up shearing a bolt! :crap:

Gutted, my cover for tomorrow has rolled so not able to come now, was all a bit last minute so it's partly my fault but I was looking forward to the fun and games.

Don't let Steve walk away with all the prizes because J510 won't be there;)

Love it,

I did a similar thing about 8-9 years back now but with an old VW Jetta that I was given for nothing when me and the Miss's where moving out of our first flat to the 2nd flat I used the Jetta to move bits from one place to the other. And on one occasion I got the king size bed on the roof of the Jetta and drove it to the new place. God did I get some strange looks just wish i had pics as even now it makes me laugh thinking about it.

About 5 years ago I was based in Paderborne. I got train to dortmund and flew to Bristol airport. Mum picked me up and drove me to Westbury where my car was then I drove up to the Nat Day! Did the return journey a couple of days later.

After test drive I noticed the steering wheel wasn't straight. The tracking has only just been done so it was obviously not central when they did it. :( I washed it, loaded it onto the trailer and said **** it!

Just waiting for 12 to knock off then its home to load the fridge, tent etc before setting off about 3pm with Adam 005, Gav and James George.:D

yes yes yes people!!!!! Half day at work for me, home now, out to get the car in a min, fill her up, pack my gear in and then back to work to meet up with jimgtt for the 'mini' convoy up to Mallory. I'm feeling like a small kid in a toy factory today, cant wait for the track action tomorrow. Big thanks to jim btw for letting me drive his car as i'm too scared to take my pride and joy on the track :ashamed:

I'm at work waiting for people, work would be far easier without customers! Then it's a hour and half drive home. Head to hammonds for a spot of fueling, get changed and meet the se convoy
