What a day!!

Got up this morning and on the way out the front door noticed that the tax on my 5 had expired at the end of July! didn't have my MOT certificate to hand but a quick call to my friendly MOT tester ( ;) ) revealed that my MOT runs out on Sunday night at midnight!

So checked my insurance which runs out on Saturday at lunchtime!

Great, so its National day on Sat and I've got not tax, insurance and i'll have about 4hrs MOT left when I get home on Sunday!!

Luckily herts have renewed my insurance automatically and I've managed to get my Tax online :)

So I'm good to go again!

Oh and I'm now 6 cylinders short as I sold my V6 Clio aswell :cry:

That sounds easy compared to what i've been through. I bought a car 5 weeks ago and have spent the same time re-wiring, changing tyres, changing every steering component, brakes, lights, washer bottle plumbing, just to get it through an MOT so I can take it. Only got a pass on Friday:D
