What do you mean they stop working? Are you saying the spark plug soots up or the pressure blows it out??

What are the plugs.. BE8 EVX or something, I forget now ? Never had a problem with whichever they were & I ran 24psi manifold..

I used to run 24psi of boost and never had problems with the B8EVX or the Champion N3G's which I run at the mo (But not at high boost anymore).

Have a look HERE (http://www.rtoc.org/boards/showthread.php?t=971&highlight=spark+plugs)

I may have knocked it back a little, can't remember if I did in the end or not..

Are they dropping the tips or something, can you see if they are getting to hot?
If so then fueling or ign needs adressing, maybe even charge temps.. Don't suppose you know any of the above, what AFR's you have & CT I mean?

air/fuel mixture is 11/12 more or less
the spark plugs are fine, just stop working

did you retard the ignition ?

Yes I was running full retard but that was due to my compression ratio being higher than standard.

Lol, well what is it 11 or 12 ?
you don't really want more than 12.1-12.4 with that boost, you also need to check charge temps really & yes, maybe knock the ign back a touch, I certainly wouldn't think the need for full retard though.
Get some det cans & see if you are getting any knock..

Actually you didn't say yet wether the plugs are sooted or burnt out ..
