I think its called a door check strap its the metal one that goes in the middle of the door.

Has any one got a brand new one for sale for the drivers door or know the part number from Renault for one of these?

They say they have the parts via e-mail but i am having a problem contacting them, do they have a phone number or is it just a couple of people out of a shed, on there site there is no contact phone number and for a company there would be one present?

We out grew the shed a few years ago :laugh:. I have been in Spain for the past 3 weeks and it is taking me a bit of time to catch up on the back log, but getting there.

Cheers just got an e-mail with there number, no problems with the huge shed as long as they have the parts who cares. :agree:
