Sorry, I'm sure this has been asked before, but what does the supressor do and what is the small round connector next to it used for on the Renix 209?

It stops TV's going fuzzy - helps reduce electrical interference :)

What's it used for ... just aftermarket rev limiters and stuff?

I've noticed some AEI's have one, some have two ... if there is only one is it +ive/-ive?
