Brake Fluid

Can anyone say how much he brake system holds as looking to replace all the fluid in the system as its old also is anyone now using the dot 5.1 fluid or the older dot 4 fluid?

I am using AP racing 5.1 dot stuff, can't say how much the system holds though but it seems good.
