Sames happened to me, actually its never worked !
I get hot air (not blowing) from the lower vents in the centre console but nothing from the top ones.
What do i need to check ? ;)

could just be the rotary on off switch as mine went....CGB jobbie or take cover off pull fan out as it only slots in stick a couple of wires on and stick it directly onto battery then you will know if its good or not....also the connectors its slots into can become lose or dirty check them too.....
