anyone live near Wednesbury?

i'm looking at moving up that way very soon, but i dont know the area!
i've got a house viewing at 3pm!
i've done a few daytime and night time drive-bys and all seems well.
it's just behind the shops on Trouse lane if you know the area.
is it any good?

Its not too bad to be fair mate.....my advice would be to have a word with the local community bobby for piece of mind....talk to neighbors too....
