Carb setup

HI,
Looking a bit more help before Im finised. She's running a bit rich (plugs are black as coal) Where is the screw located on the carb? I think its beside the water in let pipe counter sunk in its own housing. If so left to lean out?

This should have been posted on the GT Turbo board, not 5 Turbo/Turbo 2

If you mean the mixture screw (which is sounds like you do). Turn it all the way in, and then back it out 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 turns. If the screw itself is in ok nick, that should set you up ok.

Someone else please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yea, you forgot to mention you need a lanky ginger bloke, preferrably around 6ft6, to sniff the exhaust and give you the all clear :agree::laugh:
