urgent, thread size of sandwhich plate?

just gone to fit the mocal sandwhich plate but the bolt that holds the plate to the block will not catch and tighten, so i need to re tap it.

What size thread is it and where can i buy the tap from?

type think automotive into google and call them. expalin the probem and the part will be with you asap. i recently bought the adaptor from them and they knew straight away what i needed. they should be open till 6pm.

i know the fitting kit that ive got is the right size as it fits my spare block, the block im trying to fit it to now the thread has gone. so ive got to re tap it as its just not catching.
Do you know what the thread size is?

the big thread in the block is M20 x 1.5mm, same as what is printed on most oil filters.
