mot fail / 19 16v

failed the mot on my ph1 19 16v chamade ,gutted :crap:
good news is i will be doing all the work myself which should cost
next to fook all :p

one item on the failure sheet worries me a little though mainly because i
dont seem to understand what the tester is on about .

- brake load sensing valve linkage seized

now this is the bias valve around the rear axle , am i right thinking the
valve itself is fine but the rod that pushes it in and out in relation to the
load in the back is seized ??
does it mean i have to disconnect the linkage and try to get everything
free moving again ?

the metal lever on the vavle rusts in place so will not move. clean up and coat with a grease spray and all should be fine. just check that that the valve still moves behind the metal plate and that is not sized.
