Was thinking how far naturally aspirated engines have come on, what with the new Clio 200 being introduced i remember the days when the RS 'cossies' were putting out 'albeit' 220bhp and turbocharged. Was wondering how far the ol for example the 2l can be pushed, touring cars knocking on the door of nigh on 300bhp, i think they're restricted.

Interesting what different cc engines can go to, like the Mini Miglias in race trim, 1293cc and putting out 130+bhp. Other end of the spectrum with F1 engines.

Todays naturally aspirated engine putting out the same as turbocharged cars, or was it turbo technology not advanced enough back in the day to be put into mass produced cars. Sorry i'm bored :scared: :)
