Dash lights and actuator -- quicky

Hi all ,, Since my fuel pump relay went the only light that comes on on the dash when i turn the ignition on is the battery light which goes off when i turn the key , pritty sure there used to be a few more ??

last question, I have a forge actuator , it has two outlets on it one has no pipe on it and is just open , is that right ?? will it be ok , as far as i can remember its allways been like that.
