fuel pressure ?

i have mount a pressure gauge in the hose that connects the fuel pump to the fuel regulator in the gtturbo, i have readings of 18/19psi more or less, is this normal ? its for 21 psi turbo pressure

I would mount the guage after the reg and before the carb, at this point you should see 4psi above boost pressure all the time.
