just wondering what the best tool to use is for cutting the bumper.?
i basically want to cut a few slats to aid air flow, i also what to cut inbetween the lower bumper/grill bits.

i have an angle grinder! would this do the job? just thinking as ive used an angle grinder on a scrap bumper and the cuts were not neat at all. so im thinking would it be down to the blade used? what blade is best?

I used a hacksaw blade on mine to make the towing eye 'slit' bigger, then filed it silky-smooth.

ive also got one of these demel type tools, but that'll take forever to cut the bumper:crap:

im thinking of using on of them metal diamond cutting discs on the angle grinder.??

i dont want to feck it up as obviously you only get one chance!

New poster! (less than 10 posts)

I suggest you the Multi Cutter PMF 180E from Bosch

If you are cutting big section out a hacksaw to start and then a normal handsaw was spot on:agree:
