Speedo Cable

My speedo cable is a bit shady, some times I get a reading, sometimes I don't.
If I give the joint by the old airbox positon a wiggle it'll be alright for a little bit.

The thing I want to know is, can I cut the joint out and crimp it through or is that a no-no?

yes you can,done mine 2yrs ago,just join up the wires or use a new connector
of some kind.
