exhaust / inlet gasket

hi just a silly question just got new exhaust/inlet gasket is it the metal side of the gasket that bolts to the head. cheers paul

Yes, metal side to the head:)

from the factory Renault fitted them metal side to the manifold as thats the side that gets hot but i belive peeps hav run them both ways with no reported problems
