Can tell you lot missed my problem question posts :cooter: so here goes...
After replacing the piston liner and seals etc & rebuild.
Started the car for the first time today after fitting new oil filter & oil.
Pulled the king lead off to build some oil pressure. Put king lead back on and it wont turn over just keeps cranking over! Pretty sure I could smell electrical smoke.
Mark aka sonic-jdm is poppin over in a bit. Any ideas where we should start looking?

Starter motor jammed perhaps?

Does it make a whizzing noise?

Oh god more problems! I bet it didn't come as a shock to you though now, that used to it , I'd be more shocked if there were no problems!
is the starter motor fully engaging with the flywheel? Mine wasn't after my recent gasket change, turned out it wasn't earthed well enough.
