Does anyone know if you can still get the outside front window rubber from renault and how much?

you going to take your screen out?,or its out already?
save the money an just get it bonded back in an have them
use a universal screen rubber,also does away with gap at
bottom of windscreen.....

i think he means the plastic trim that runs round the out side of the windscreen rubber it kind of over laps
if you do mean that bit yes you can still get them from renault
i think there about 65£

hi window still in at mo, had sum rust around it which has almost been removed but aswell as cutting up the rubber, needed a new 1 anyway. i need to take the window out to weld up the holes but havnt got much money to have a new 1 fitted, i could do with a new screen, think i payed £120 on my last 5 fitted, if i take the window out then repair it, place it bk in wit a hammer :wasntme: and phone up my insurance company for £60 do you think they would say anythin about it not being bonded back in or would they be happy as less work 4 them to do, any 1 tryed this?

You can get the windows fitted a lot cheaper than 120. I paid £75 for my one and that was them supplying the windscreen and fitting it out of hours.
