View Full Version : Performance FRench Cars At National Day
Had my photoshoot yesterday For PFC and speaking to the photografer he said he would love to come down and take some shots for a article in the mag, also it would be a good chance for members to get there car shown on there own merrits....he also has access to overseas mags.......
so whats peoples thoughts?
Sounds sweet to me mate!
Shoot go well? find out when its in print?
yeah it went well....thought maybe some commeitie members might have repled and said yeah it would be cool to get RTOC in a major French magasize.....but hey maybe thats just me..!!!
its in septembers issue BTW
Give us a chance, it's a Sunday and people have stuff to do, lol
I reckon it'd be a nice idea, this is one for Miller and Stu so I shall direct them this way :)

National Day feature would be cool .
As long as it's not another 5 article ...........ho hum ;)
Yeah thought it would be a good way to show the diversity of all the cars etc standard....modded....engine conversions and all the different makes and models in the club :)

Trouble is with PFC, you ring them and Ian is more than accomadating on the phone- 'oh yes mate that'd be great, we'll give you a 10 page feature, send down a repoter and 3 photographers, we love clubs getting in touch, gotta keep the mag' real!!'............
then 2 weeks later you get an email- 'Soz mate, realised id double booked with one of our 'big events', i can only send a photographer if you can do a write up'............then 2 days before the event it's another email to explain the the photographers dog has died and he needs to be at the other end of the country 4 secs after our event, so can you do a write up AND supply your own photos and we'll print it next month'!
Same every event, every fecking time ...... not that ive lost patience with them or owt! Bunch of arse!!
Just to add, every time (all 2 of them) we have had a PFC photographer they have been top blokes, interested in the cars, cooprative etc, im not knocking them for 1 second, just the editor that is a pain in the anus to deal with :disagree:
 and relax .....
Who was that dude that was at the last Cadwell thing Stu ? I thought he did a bit for PFC ? Bloody nice bloke .
I you still have is contect info could you pass on my number to him 07780941036 and i can get trade tickets sorted out for him........but as stu says i am not holding my breath that they will come.:D
