3 days later i get an email saying..."sorry i no longer have the item any more my shed got broken in to and all my stuff was stolen".
Wtf i can understand perhaps mountain bikes lawn mowers and power tools etc getting nicked from a shed,
but a rocker cover worth what kinda smack head would pinch that!
im angery as i aready bought the washers ready for it and was quite looking foward to a bit of bling under the bonnet! and i dont belive his story for one moment.:mad:

i find it slightly suspecious that there both in southampton for 1, and even more susspecious that if you save the pics to ur desktop and flick from one pic to the other ever single stone is in the exact same position, and the corner of the oil cap sticker is torn in the exact same place!
i think its time to get ebay to investigate this and check the ip address of the accounts. why did he put on for £30 buy out and take my cash for 3 days gets me angery:mad::mad:

look the rocker cover is identical same markings and everything whats the chances of that? hes even taken the picture at the exact same spot as you everysingle stone is in the same place, not only that he lives near you in southampton, and he may be tryin a bit of identity theft as his user name is very simular to yours, You better get on to the police my friend, it seems very suspecious to me, well your busy taken care of the paper work with the police, ill save you the trouble with ebay and get them to investegate it for you, honistly its no trouble for me :P

snap probaly the same person mine was an alloy rad for £60 ,
ill check the seller but maybe his shed realy did get broken into if its the same guy or he just needed a loan ,, he has refunded the money

I have bought of this seller before and received the goods (water pump)!
Although he complained when i didn't pay within the space of 2 days, then then gave me the story that the shop had flooded due a water pipe bursting and i will have to wait for the goods took 2 weeks to receive it with daily emails.

this clown got a friend to up my bid to the maximum, then they sold to his friend. within hours i was offerd a second chance offer so he could squeeze every penny from me. pisses me off that people are so desperate for a tenner they will go to this much effort to rip you off. i told him to stick them as i would have won them for 99p if he didnt up my bids.

I'll give him a week, i paid last Monday and his postage details say 6 to 7 business days. If ive got nothing then ill open a dispute with paypal, they claim they will refund!
If he didn't reply, how do you know his shed was broken into etc?
well i won the item payed via paypal immideatly then 3-4 days later i get an email from paypail saying the money has been refunded with a note attached, saying he no longer has the item as my shed was brroke into etc, since then i emailed him a few times with no reply

If any one wants the number for this idiot i also have it. ebay gave it me when i called to raise the dispute
