Exhaust manifold temp

Does anyone know roughly what temperature the exhaust manifold can reach on a 5 at full chat? :confused:

dunno how much the manifold soaks up but I was getting EGT of just shy of 1000 deg @ 24 psi manifold on my old car..

on a 7 mile run of on boost and off boost but mainly full boost ?@ 16psi i pulled off the motorway and the turbo and manifold was glowing red and temps were just over 2nd mark

I may have it wrong, it was either 900 or 1000 on the blitz EGT gauge Andy, It was stil feckin hot I know...
