Im toying with the idea of getting some weller wheels 8"x13 with stretched tyres , does anyone have any idea of what sort of offset would work and any problems I may get?

Is that not were the offset will solve that? or are you thinking about the ID of the wheel?

no, the caliper sticks forward from the wheel mounting face.
