Thinking about moving the header tank into the scuttle tray so I can box off my air filter ... does anyone have any pics of the header tank once it's been relocated?

take the header tank bracket off..

turn the heater matrix hose the same way as the other so it comes back to the water pump...

drill somw new holes for the new header tank bracket location, rivet the bitch down...

if you dont have holes already in the bulkhead...prepare to make some for the pipe from the heater matrix...

cut/modify the long narrow water pipe that runs across the top of the rad...

bobs your mothers aunties nan, who slept with your dad after he sucked off your bruvva :D

something like that...:p

incest is ok, as long as you keep it in the family

I haven't relocated the header tank to the scuttle, but here is a bad picture of my boxed off a/filter and header tank behind the n/s head lamp, i removed the heater matrix too so have a tiny pipe run. :)

I have also started the relocation process but not to the scuttle area I am going for where the anti perc fan used to be:

Some pics I have just found whilst searching my photobucket account when I done this relocation on my last C1J after 1st and only H/g problem (bad fueling).

James, resurrecting this thread to find out what Air Filter you are using. It looks like it's from'Green Filters', but I'd love to know the exact item.

Thanks. :D

Thanks for the quick response James, have you got specs/a part number for the Ram Pipe?
