changing pads 4 pot calipers V6

Can anyone give any ideas on how to change the front pads is it just a case of knocking the securing pins out? or do you have to split the caliper?

you won't be splitting the caliper. Not sure what your calipers look like, but pins out is a good start :)

aye thats what I thought, i've got the pins partialy out but they dont seem to be wanting to go the rest of the way! Never done them before so thought it best to ask! Can you buy new pins?

Make sure the split pin is out then just use a nice punch and hammer...

Theres no split pins on the fronts mate. But yeah i'll get a decent set of punches tomorrow and knock em out :)
