Is it possible to download games to the xbox 360 from t'internet, any chipping needed to be done?

Yea it is possible but you have to flash the xbox

Is that difficult? Does it involve stripping the box apart to get to chips and what not?

You just update the firmwire on ur dvd rom, or get someone to do it, its pritty stable i know people whos had them years and they still work fine online

If you do, DON'T play the cracked games online. You're Xbox and gamertag will be banned from Xbox Live for eternity.

heres my old flashed 360 all the games here are backups, & every single one of them played fine on xbox live.
as long as you make sure the games have been stealth patched and you dont play them before there release date, & u make sure u have the latest version 1.5 i xtreme to play the newer games you wont get banned ;)
