Quick one,, are you able to change the headlights on the 5 to continental for driving on the right without buying new lights ?
with like a switch on them or something

yes you can get reflector lenses to go over them :agree:

the older renaults like the 4,12 and 15, 16and 17 had these but not the 5 unfortunatly.

yeah thought so , i read it on a search that you could but wasnt sure ,
new lights then £££ more money (well i have one cont light , actually 2 lights but both for the same side :sad2: )
cant just put the covers or stickers on coz it needs to pass a test :crap:

Ive had these on but there only temp , needs to be the proper lights for the BFG (mot) test to get it on the road again

I had to run the continental lights when I lived in Germany. There's no way around the BFG inspection (or there wasn't in 93/94!)

Have you tried a local breakers yard? Post an add in the wanted section as there are quite a few European members that might be able to help.
