misfiring help

just thought i would put a post up iv got a misfire there is no water in the oil or oil in the water just need help elimating a few things :) its not looseing water

The basic things to check are

Dizzy Cap & Rotor arm,
Sparkies,
HT Leads,

tdc lead.
if all good check compression, iirc should be 130/140
