right i have dropped my engine and all the subframe out, sending of the frame for sandblasting so whilst its all out is there anything i should change? putting in a new set of poly bushs and new track rod ends cause one is naff anything else you would recommend thaks

I am changing clutch cable and throttle cable now its all out, any brake pipes that look a bit suspect i would change at this point as well, engine mounts....................... all i can think of

in general just give the bay a very good clean.

going to rewire the bay as there is loads of cables knocking around that are redundant and the massive connector block is just an eye sore lol
