v. cool... :agree: nice use of the concrete the other side of the kerb going down paddock hill! didn't see much of the top half of the circuit from where we were watching, it's absolutely flying down the main straight!!!

so you will see how I got the damage to the side:(

Lets hope she goes well again at Mallory on Sunday:)

The camera is a Goldstar onboard http://www.qv500.com/onboard/ bit pricey but good quality.

Having seen it from inside, you would have had the seat and won it if you hadn't been shunted... :( as were pretty much side by side through druids...

Yep, if shes going anything like at brands you should be in for a great race, would come along and help, but hoping to get mine fired up for the first time on sunday :)

Pity about the fouled up plug Dave, if there weren't so many accidents in practice, I'm sure I could have got you out for a few more laps.......and probably a better quali position........still next time! Oli and I didn't even get to try out our "pit crew" plans....!;)

Top recovery on the shunt, and what people don't see in the clip, is an XR2 with "Bodicea" wheels carving out a hole in the drivers door and rear quarter.......

I tried that once in the Clio.........in the wet the painted concrete isn't as sticky as in the dry!!!!!!

At least we had the problem in quali, would have been gutted in the race.

maybe next time at Lydden you and Oli can put your "pit crew" plans into action.:)

Nice work David, very well handled during the knock. What was it by the way? - Some jap crap by the looks of it? :crap:

To be fair, if you got that far from that far back on the grid, i'd expect good things in the next round.

Onceagain, good going :niceone:

It was a space framed jobby, very quick ....and very very impatient, hence the tap on the rear.

Ouch... bet that ruined your lap :(, not the best place to do that either as the cars still really loaded up from paddock... bit scary I suspect!

Top driving Clarky, great video's. You must be an absolute wizard at Brands now, good to see the 5's doing well on track especially up against newer cars. Great recovery on the tap too, I know its racing but I would of had words with that dude, sometimes there's too much hierachy in racing.

Great driving anyway mate, keep up the good work!!!:agree:
