Well got the train for god knows how long. Was marked up at £500 got there looked around it, 116000 miles. some rust not rot!

Drove away with it for £400 needs a wheel baring thats it, possible the rear shoes changed.

Result really. enjoy the pics

Guess you not going to be putting the hub caps on the steels to hide the wheels. Would be good making it handle great but cant tell the difference between a standard one and yours. They were never great at standard height, well my 1.4 campus wasn't, but once lowered 30mm handled miles better plus a lot more fun down the country lanes :)

An awesome car! :cool: I had an L plate Campus for a long time and it never let me down, cheap as chips to run, tax and insure. Was funny chasing a convoy in it on the way to Northampton RR day :D

Sweeeeeeeeet. Always been a lover of Campus's :D:laugh:

On a serious note, they are such good cars. Cheap to run, takes about 20years to use a tank of petrol, good drive (even though they're not turbocharged), and as Dale says, handle well when lowered.

It will not be re shelled or tamperd with, its a good reliable cheap run around. i have my gt turbo for fun, so im happy... this campus may find a new head and manifolds on it soon with a small t2 tho.... not sure tho

Ultimate Q car, lower the back end, cup steels, 172 engine dropped in, 16V front brakes. Done :)

16v front brakes wont fit under the 13" wheels though
