not many think about 120 - 150miles.

all depends on the style of driving and importantly how your carb is set up!!

I got about 30/35mpg with mine. I am not a boy racer though and do not feel the need to travel from A to B as soon as possible. hitting the red line constantly from the lights!

Drain it as much as possible (or nail it til its almost empty)... undo the bolts and drop it down so you can access the bung.

Using a soldering iron, melt the yellow inner skin to the grey outer skin (be warned, the yellow plastic is much thinner than the grey). For added sealing, shove some araldite into the hole, followed by a thick cork/rubber bung, then fill in with some more araldite all around the edge.

The Raider has a standard engine set-up, rebuilt carb, 12psi, all running well and I get between 29 and 32mpg.

Thats using it mainly a 15 mile country road run with hard acceleration most of the time.

Not sure what that is to a tank.

if it was and you caught up with bodell i can see where the juice is going, haha.
nice car though mate.
i don't know how many miles i get from a tank. the speedo usually stops working after 12 miles.

I can still get 300 odd miles from a tank in the van, if driven reasonably. Prolonged periods on boost & it drinks the fuel, id say low double figures at a guess.
