computer help needed

i have just changed broadband user to talk talk and when i go on windows cleanup and sometimes there is nearly 2500 files to delete and when i clean them off they mostly come back after 3 hrs . i have avast security plus anti malware etc where do they come from and how do i stop them as i am useless on computers . is there an easy fix ?????:sad2:can anyone explain in easy thicko terms:ashamed:

By windows clean up are you referring to disk clean up?

If so the files you refer to are probably temporary internet files, cookies etc which accumulate when using the internet. Clean up should tell you what they are, perhaps you could give a bit more info?

sorry to be vague but it says one click tools ? in my avast it says no infections :ashamed:
