speedo problem

hi all,

today my speedo is goin up and down wen i am at idle and it is clockin miles up on my car, i have been told that it may be the cable but i cant seem to find any, were would the best place be to get one???

to start from a fresh mate, the GTT speedo works of an electronic cable that is fed from a pickup on the gearbox

the most common problems with the standard speedo failing are the connection in the engine bay or the connection at the back of the clocks :)
