Hi guys, trying to take off the disi cap and the screws are absolutely stuck and the tops rusted and fragile. I have soaked them in wd40 and tried giving them a gentle tap downwards using screwdriver and hammer but they dont want to budge. Anybody got any tips to getting these off?
Cheers!

If they are a real pain to get off, I would:
Break the screw heads off (if they are fragile) remove dizzy then use mole grips to removed the stubs left.
:agree: Or drill out the remaining stud(s) in situ as they're only soft metal.

Cheers for the answers guys, unfortunately i had a great idea of taking a hacksaw blade and cutting a new hole and it seemed to work quite well until i realised one of the bolts had snapped right next to the distributor. bugger
I took the dizzy out and did in a vice on my bench.
Helluva lot easier than trying to work in that daft wee space.
