They look custom made. Thin piece of wood, and a sheet of suede (or whatever) off ebay.. cut the wood to the right size, stretch the suede over the wood and staple it to the rear (the hidden side.. obviously), or just glue the suede on.

just finished making mine the same way , but with leather as the 21 leathers are too big for standard door cards

just thin board anythink will do and then fix with self tappers , will sort a picture out 2moz if you want

just wanted simple nothing over the top
and i dont think they look to bad, but match the seats i did have bass box cloth before
