I would like to say Hi to all the members of the RTOC. None of you will probably know me but hope I get to know most of you very soon.
I used to be heavily invovled with the club way back in the day when it was called th R5GTOC, and I mean WAY WAY BACK. :).

If any of you good people know or in contact with any of the original members then could you please let them know as I am looking to arrange a bit of a get together.

You have already spoken to Ian S, other than that i cant help but i am sure we will be able to together as a club...

You should come to ND 2008 with us, a track day weekend at Mallory Park.

Ian Nixon used to have a Trader account on our old site as Europarts and used to log in from time to time.

Is he planning to be a Megane Tuner?

Have spoke to Ian on a few occasions as it was me who introduced Ian to the club way back in the olden days. We once briefly discussed starting a megan sport owners club but not spoke to him since.

He no longer runs Europarts so I am not sure if he plans to start tunning again.

It would be nice to have some Megane owners using the forum here.

And maybe supplying some articles, info, tuning guides, etc.

Maybe a good pic or two for the log in home page if we don't already have one in there.

Is it the Megan Sport? Is that the Turbo version or is there a Sport Turbo?

Will be glad to help out if that's ok Ian. Car is completly standard at the moment but will get some pics and send them in.

Ian as far as I am aware all the Megan sports are turbo with the older ones being 225 bhp and the new ones being 230 bhp.

Not good for a 2 wheel drive car.:D has 5 turbo drivers will know but dam good fun though

Yes that would probably be of interest to other Megane Sport owners.

The standard Megane Sport would be a little way behind some of the 1.4 litre 5GTT's power output, they might want to catch up :)

Hey up Rach, you would probably remember Steve Alldridge before me. :)

I hope more of the original members do come back as we had some great times setting the club up and met some great people in the process.

It would also be get good to get back invloved with the club if that ok ?
