How do you remove the glass from the boot of a gtt? Cheers peeps

Its a 2 man job! one inside one out.
Push - Pull. Need to lift the seal from inside with a flat tapered tool. Once its lifted keep your finger nails dug in and just keep moving along.
Best starting from the bottom. The corners are a pain.
