Its a 2 man job! one inside one out.
Push - Pull. Need to lift the seal from inside with a flat tapered tool. Once its lifted keep your finger nails dug in and just keep moving along.
Best starting from the bottom. The corners are a pain.

What! lol it was for mine! plus you got the added security of not damaging it, and i imagine it would be a lot easier with 2 rather than on your own.
