Markey B or Miller are the people to ask...

i need to do an article with miller himself, here are some of the very basics...

you will need (well i used the following)

clio dash, switches and a decent ammount of loom from each switch
clio steering column
clio ignition barrel

remove the r5 dash and unclip wiring, remove all heater pipes and steering column.
bolt clio colum to r5 rack and sit in seat and hold in rough place
trim an inch from sides of clio dash and get a mate to hold roughly in place
when happy that wheel is in right place and matches dash tack weld column to r5 column support
remove dash and weld column in properly (we added extra mounts to make it sturdy)
clio dash screws into bulkhead on top corners, thats all that holds mine in and its solid, you may need a spacer washer or two
top dash will need a decent ammount removed, use r5 dash as template for curve of screen
as for wiring, miller had the best idea, small screwdriver to remove the pins from the std r5 plugs, and push into the clio plugs (will get colours and numbers for clio plugs with r5 wiring when i get a chance)
i used the original r5 fusebox, and made brackets to hang under pass side of dash
clio centre console just fits, you can put leccy window switches in a blank where the ashtray goes, or like i did, on the drivers side where the clio front fog is. i wired my front fogs to the rear fog switch in centre dash switches and used the std r5 rear fog switch in the hole where the clio bonnet pull goes
thats basically it, but its not an easy job. took me a week of 8 hour days with a complete workshop at my disposal

here are a few progress pics, nb. i started with a 1.2 dash as a trial fit before i cut about the 16v dash

Top work!

I still want an astra GTE digi dash in mine, I half did it years ago, but it didn't all work, and I expect they are a damn sight dearer to buy these days as well, think I paid £30 for mine.

What model dash did you use and does all the heater pipe work match up or did you have to do some custom work to it, looks very neat indeed, apart from the dash, steering column and wiring was there issues was there anything else that caused an issue, if possible more pictures please and also you mentioned the Clio wiring pins.
