Pool of water under turbo!

Had a small leak from the water union on the side of the turbo. Fixed that with a little sealant and that has been fine ever since. I seem to be loosing water from between the turbo elbow....is my turbo dead? There is no smoking or overheating.

You could always bypass the turbo coolant jacket so the turbo is just air/oil cooled likes phase 1 you won't loosing any coolant this way the only thing you will have to do on this is more regular oil changes:

How do I bypass the coolant jacket mate? Would the turbo get too hot just being oil/air cooled? don't want to cause more problems.
