Engine rebuild

Now the 5 is back on the road im going to build my super engine! Anyone know of a good comprehensive guide to rebuilding the c1j as i have lost my manual and its been 2 years since touching one internally!! Timing, torque settings and clearances would be a good place to start. Cheers in advance peeps. May actually get to mallory this year!:devil:
