Thermostat

Yo

So the guy i got the 5 off decided to remove the thermostat for some reason?
Its stamped on the bottom as 82c which i belive makes it a low temp one?
I tested it and it opened up fine.
Anyway, i want to refit it but am puzzled as to where it goes???

It fits in the top hose, slide it into the hose on the water pump side and clamp it in the hose.

with the narrowest end pointing towards the waterpump ;)

Because he said it was removed when i asked why there was a thermostat sat in the scuttle, thought is was broken i think.
