No, I hate theives should be hung or fingers cut off.

But id of had the lights, trim and brake discs off of it (jks)

Shameful and a sad sight seeing it in that state, and im sure it must have looked ok before.

OR the owner dumped it smashed it up etc to get insurace;)

It still doesn't look too bad tbf.. some wheels, new windows, and the other few bits and it wouldn't look too bad.

Did he think to tell the old bill its there ? There may be an owner somewhere wondering where there car is. Very sad to see it in that condition though.
