Pipework for the external wastegate looks three times better work than manifold itself

Thats k_ tec for you.No the guy who did it got it wrong the first time, so i went to his workshop made the pipe bends and got him to tig weld it.The manifold looks dull as its been shotblasted alot of weld and excess pipe in the collector, got to clean it all out as ktec dosnt.

I know its K-tec one. There aren't many different on the market... Still, great job. Where screamer pipe is going?

Looks like the wastegate feed exits the collector at almost a 90 degree angle?

will do on any side of the collector as its almost square on shape.

In an ideal world the wastegate feed should merge into the runners at a shallower angle, preferably less than 45 degrees - obviously this isn't an ideal world though and I don't think the space limitations in a 5 would allow it :(

As best as i could get it, like you say space is a issue on that manifold.

That looks awesome, I'm in the proses of doing that at the mo

On the subject of the angle, I've seen a skyline GTR with a take off coming of the back of the collector, so pointing oposit to flow and it still worked fine

Even though that looks great and all I think your gunna be swearing when you try and fit it, I offered up my tubular manifold and there was no where near enough space between the collector and the cross over pipe, sorry dude, looks great and all but I don't reacon its gunna fit:(

Pipe fitted no worrys, and thats my design. Nothing usually fits first time:)
