I'm putting my battery in the boot of my car and was wondering if this cable is high enough amperage or will it melt when i start the car lol..

Looks OK that, if it turns out that there's too much of a volt drop then you could double up with it. I think it said there was 10M on the drum ?

Just wernt sure what the ampage of the volvo engine was when it's cranking? I was also going to run a seperate earth from the battery to the front bay so all the ecu's get a good earth etc...

put a clamp meter over the live feed while you crank it over and that will tell you the load :)
