Just got back from a trackday at castle combe, was tipping it down but dried up after lunch, my r5 wasnt very well so went round in my 325i e30, loved it, very addictive, just want to keep doing lap after lap!

Drove it there and back aswell with no hicups, 2 hrs each way, I doubt my 5 would of done that!

Can't wait to get some track action myself especially at cadwell. Ideal for me as just down the road :cooter:

Was my second trackday, last time was in a £400 ebay special, an old 730i bmw that me and a friend bought 2 days before the trackday, fitted new front discs and pads, then drove 4 hrs to donnington, spanked it round all day, then drove it home no worries.
It was utter poo round corners and braking but was ok in a straightline!
