quick one on struts

Just changed my front suspension . after id put all the strut top bits back together (top hat etc) .ive tightened the bolt up with the strengh of 10 men and well it doesnt spin / twist very well on the bearing ,i take it its supposed to i think it used to anyway ,
Am i ok just loosening the bolt abit , will this sort it ?

it wont turn very freely by hand,but it will turn! just make sure u have all the bits on in the right order.

fairly sure there in the right order , ill go other them again anyway.
so the bolt needs to be done up tight yeah
