Crank seal

Can anyone talk me through how to replace the crank seal please? Got oil all over the sump and subframe!! :cry:

front or rear seal?
i.e in the timing cover, or behind the flywheel?

wheel off.
loosen alternator bolt and take off alt belt.
screwdriver in flywheel.
19mm - undo the crank pulley bolt and remove pulley.
using two screwdrivers, pull the pulley carrier off the end of the crank.
with a big screwdriver, knock the top of the seal inwards-the bottom should pop out.
the pull the whole seal out.
knock the new seal into place.
replace all the other stuff.
