Kerb Weight ?

Does anyone know if Renault include a driver at 75kg for their figures ?
I've just put stripped out GTA on the weighbridge ...1080kg without driver ..1180 is Renault std figure .
So I've either lost 100 kg ( which I don't believe ) or 25 which would seem more like it :agree:

I was a gallon off full fuel so all fluids in ...apart from the huge washer bottle ...

I weighed my GTT a few months ago without me in and with a quarter tank of fuel and it was 840kgs, going by that i dont think they do include the drivers weight in their figures :)

Most manufacturers show kerb weight as without a driver, no (or little) fuel but the rest of the fluids at their max level. I can only presume that Renault do the same.
100 seems about right to me, with what you've stripped out of yours. Dont forget you've replaced that heavy glass with plastic on the back end, i bet your carpet weighed more than you think as well

Yes ,you may be right .The sound deadening and carpet weighed a bit ....+ the OE exhaust is feckin heavy .I have an accurate figure now anyway and less is more :agree:
