Will the real mixture screw step forward?

Hi peoples!

Been out fiddling with the car tonight and thought I would change the mixture screw. As I new It had a poor rubber seal round it. I had already put a new seal on my spare one but it seems Ive got 2 different screws! any idea which one I should use!

Are they both from 32dis's, different models? the only difference looks like the blank bit where the thread is shorter, anyone know if the blank bit is there for a reason lol?

I fitted the top one iin the end! but have found another mixture screw like the one in the bottom of the pic!
